1. Terms of Service

Please read the terms below carefully before ordering on TopupHero. By confirming an order, you agree to our policies.

• The customer must provide the correct game UID or account credentials. TopupHero is not responsible if a top-up goes to another ID because of wrong information.
• When paying, you must send money to the correct personal number and submit the correct TrxID.
• We reserve the right to hold an order temporarily in case of any suspicious or fraudulent transaction.

2. Refund & Return Policy

Since these are digital currency and virtual goods, no return or cash refund is possible after delivery is completed.

• If we cannot deliver an order because of a server issue or technical problem, the full amount will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours.
• In case of a wrong payment or overpayment, after checking the proof, the extra amount will be refunded to the bKash/Nagad account concerned.

3. Security & Privacy

Passwords of login-based games are stored encrypted with the industry-standard AES-256 in our system and are deleted after the order is completed.
